On Safari With Shannon and Amanda 14 January 2016

14 January 2016

With a bit of a later start than our previous day we headed out of camp at 5am towards skukuza for breakfast.

We encountered kudu and impala and zebra as well as blue wildebeest all together like one big happy family. We headed down towards skukuza for breakfast in which we enjoyed a delightful meal.

After breakfast our journey and excitement begun! Making our way down the road we encountered a pack of wild dog in the drainage line just lazing around enjoying whatever life has to offer. A few surprised looks of those who were unaware of their presence. After heading further down the road we took a turn towards Transport dam we found ourselves two female lions resting in the heat of the day. While resting a passing harem of zebra unaware of their presence made their way down to the water to drink but however were chased by these two lovely ladies in attempt to catch but failed.

We headed back to camp and on the way spotted the usual game.
