On Safari With Curtis 12 January 2016

12 January 2016

A new beginning to a new safari and we were joined by twelve students.

We went out for an afternoon drive in warm humid conditions and enjoyed first glimpses of Impala,  Zebra, waterbuck, kudu, warthog, giraffe, klipspringers, common duiker, vervet monkey, elephant and cape buffalo.

The highlight was a sighting of a male White Rhino close to the road. We watched and followed him for a while before he crossed the road in front of us and disappeared through the dense sickle bush.
