On Safari With Mark 12 May 2015

12 May 2015

A highlight for us on our safari today was when we drove into "crooks corner", where 3 countries join namely RSA, Moz and Zim. This is the most north we can go and on the extreme north to south package it's always one of the highlights. Great fever tree forests as you enter the corner and great photos could be taken of this tranquil spot in Kruger.

Our second highlight was the massive African rock Python lying on the side of the road. This specimen was easily 6ft long.

General animals spotted: Impala, Nyala, kudu, warthog, zebra, steenbok, chackma baboons, vervet monkeys, squirrels, buffalo and elephant.

Tomorrow, we start with heading down south passing Mopani onto letaba for the night.
